National Honor Society

At River Oaks School, we believe that membership in the National Honor Society is the highest achievement for our students. Students who have received membership have demonstrated a constant commitment to the organization’s four pillars of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Membership in the National Honor Society not only recognizes students for their accomplishments, but challenges them to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.

National Junior Honor Society

At River Oaks School, the National Junior Honor Society elevates our middle school students’ commitment to scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. Our members engage not only their school community, but their local community as well, serving the needs of the citizens of northeast Louisiana through fundraising, community service, and community organizing.
