MATHCOUNTS is a national enrichment, coaching and competition program that promotes middle school mathematics achievement through grassroots involvement in every U.S. state and territory. With over 22 years of experience, MATHCOUNTS is one of the country's largest and most successful education partnerships involving volunteers, educators, industry sponsors and students.

· February, 2010: Chapter competition will be held on one Saturday in February.
· March 1-28, 2010: State competition.
· May 6-9, 2010: The Raytheon MATHCOUNTS® National Competition - 2010 will be held at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The Chapter competition will be held in February, 2010 at Ouachita Parish Junior High (pending approval) in Monroe, LA. I am considering February 13, 2010 for the Chapter competition, but if you have a conflict with this date, please let me know as soon as possible.
