Mustang Weight and Conditioning Program
All male athletes at River Oaks are invited to participate in our year-round strength and conditioning program. We emphasize leg strength, explosion exercises, flexibility, and total body development. During the school year, we train every day during seventh period. During the summer, we train 3 days a week. Varsity football player participation is mandatory and we encourage all other athletes to join in as well.
